Your Poses in Pregnancy Yoga

The aim of pregnancy yoga is to Maintain rather than Progress. Relaxin Hormone during pregnancy means that your ligaments are much looser, in preparation for giving birth – so during your yoga practice, you should aim for 85% – 90% of how far into a pose you feel you can go.

However – this does not mean you do not have a full yoga practice!
